Our Doctors
Dr. Keegan Chandler
Born and raised in Louisville, Dr. Chandler is proud to care for patients throughout the greater Louisville and Oldham County communities. He earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2018..
Following graduation, Dr. Chandler practiced in Bowling Green, KY, for two years while his wife, Natasha, completed medical school at the University of Louisville. In 2020, they returned to Louisville to be closer to family and community. Since then, Dr. Chandler has found a professional home at Oldham County Dental, where he’s known for his approachable demeanor and patient-first philosophy.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Chandler enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending quality time with his growing family. He and Natasha are proud parents to two young children, Beckham and Laila, and are loving the adventure of parenthood.
Dr. Katie Ekman
Dr. Ekman is passionate about providing thoughtful, personalized dental care and is excited to be serving patients at Oldham County Dental. Originally from Winchester, KY, Dr. Ekman earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Health Sciences from the University of Kentucky in 2016. She continued her studies with graduate coursework in Medical Sciences before earning her Doctor of Dental Medicine from UK in 2022.
Following dental school, Dr. Ekman completed a General Practice Residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she expanded her clinical skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting. In addition to private practice, she also serves as part-time faculty at the UK College of Dentistry, mentoring the next generation of dental professionals.
Dr. Ekman and her husband, Noel, recently returned to Louisville to be closer to family and friends. When she’s not caring for patients, she enjoys gardening, reading, yoga, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats, and exploring local parks and restaurants with Noel and their golden retriever, Boo.
Dr. Tyler Jury
A proud Elizabethtown native, Dr. Tyler Jury brings both deep Kentucky roots and a passion for serving others to Oldham County Dental. He completed his undergraduate studies at Western Kentucky University before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 2016.
In 2018, Dr. Jury opened his first practice in Pewee Valley, where his commitment to quality care and patient relationships laid the foundation for what is now Oldham County Dental. His vision has always been to create a welcoming, community-focused environment where patients feel valued, heard, and confident in their care.
Dr. Jury met his wife, Katie (Ferriell), during their time at WKU. Katie is a Pewee Valley native, and many locals may know her mother, Lori, who served as a long-time counselor at South Oldham High School. Together, the Jury family feels deeply connected to the community they call home.
When he's not in the office, you’ll likely find Dr. Jury outdoors—whether it's hiking, golfing, fishing, or hunting, he enjoys anything that gets him outside and recharged.
Dr. Chelsea Rupp
Dr. Rupp brings a well-rounded background and a deep commitment to patient care to the team at Oldham County Dental. A Louisville native, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bellarmine University in 2010, followed by her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2014.
After dental school, Dr. Rupp completed a residency in Advanced General Dentistry in Tacoma, Washington, and went on to serve for five years as a dentist in the United States Army. Her training and experience in a variety of clinical settings have shaped her thoughtful, patient-centered approach to dentistry.
Since joining Oldham County Dental, Dr. Rupp has enjoyed building lasting relationships with patients and becoming a trusted part of the community. She and her husband, Matt, have two young sons, Remy and Morgan, who keep life busy and full of adventure. Outside the office, Dr. Rupp enjoys playing tennis, rock climbing, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Dr. Tyler Jury, DMD
Dr. Jury trained at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, earning numerous honors and recognitions. He was honored with the “Humanitarian Award” at graduation for his extensive work with the Indian Health Services Dental Program, Kentucky Rural Dental Clinical Outreach Program, and the Alzheimer’s Association.
Dr. Jury has practiced in the East Louisville and Oldham County area for several years, focusing his efforts treating complex oral health issues. He attends Continuing Education programs nationwide to receive advanced training in his areas of interest: dental implants, clear retainer orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry & comprehensive general dentistry. Dr. Jury has a passion for community and family, and hopes that is conveyed as a result of your time spent with our practice.
